Penwood was founded in 1991 by Rudy Penkarski to carry on the family tradition for "precision architectural millwork," first established by his father over three decades earlier.

Using the knowledge and expertise gained from a lifetime in the industry, Rudy created a contemporary millwork company that specializes in working with laminate materials.
